Initiated in January 2021, The Delfina Sessions is Delfina Foundation’s show on Radio Alhara, featuring sets from alumni as well as guest contributors across the world.

The shows are broadcast live from Bethlehem on the third Tuesday of every month at 6pm local time (4pm UK time and 5pm CET). Today kicks off the first session of a three part series spotlighting season 5 of The Politics of Food and it is a honour that my essay “Salt Stains: Appetites and Extinction” will start things off.
