Atlantic Appetites: A Culinary Conversation with Rafram Chaddad

How do fish, the culture of their catch, and their preparation create and change Atlantic and Mediterranean worlds? As part of the Water & Sound Festival der Kulturen, I’m chuffed to rehearse answers to this question in dialogue with the artist Rafram Chaddad. Join us in Augsburg on Friday 2 August for stories and snacks about Atlantic cod: “the fish that changed the world.”
